Thief stuck under trash bin

A thief suspected of trying to haul $10 worth of copper under a trash bin got himself in a sticky situation, finding himself stuck under the bin for 12 hours at a landfill. Airbags were used to lift the trash bin and get him out. People thieving for copper in the landfill have been a common occurrence in recent months.
